On darkgpt.chat, a free account gets 50 gems at signup, then 50 gems every week. No card is required. Gems are DarkGPT’s currency: each message costs a number of gems that depends on the model you pick.
The five free models are: Mistral 3B, Qwen 3 235B, Mistral Small / 12B, Mistral 14B, DeepSeek v4 Flash.

How many messages do 50 gems get you?
It depends on the model. With your 50 weekly gems, you can for example send:
- 10 messages to Mistral 3B (5 gems), the cheapest option, perfect for short questions;
- 3 messages to Qwen 3 235B (15 gems), the best value in the free lineup;
- 2 messages to Mistral Small / 12B (20 gems);
- 1 message to Mistral 14B (30 gems) or DeepSeek v4 Flash (50 gems), the strongest at code and logic.
You can mix and match: send your simple questions to Mistral 3B and save your gems for Qwen 3 235B or DeepSeek v4 Flash when the question deserves it.

- DeepSeek v4 Flash (50 gems): logic, code, sensitive topics explained plainly.
- Mistral 3B, Small and 14B: fast, straight answers.

Free plan limits
The free plan is there to let you discover DarkGPT. It does not unlock the other 37 models (Claude, ChatGPT 4.1, Gemini, Grok, Kimi…) or the tools: DarkGPT OSINT, DreamGPT for images and videos, DocGPT for documents. For daily use, you need a plan or a gem pack:
- Basic (€21.99/month): 650 gems a day, 35 models (everything except Claude and ChatGPT 4.1), OSINT, DreamGPT Image and Retouch.
- A pack with no subscription: from €15.99 for 1,500 gems, used at your own pace.
