Why scenes get cut elsewhere

On mainstream character apps, the filter is the same for everyone: as soon as a scene turns dark, violent or adult, the reply is replaced with a warning, or the character suddenly goes bland. On DarkGPT, most of the 42 models are in Unfiltered Mode: you describe your character in the prompt, and the model plays the role through to the end of the scene.

The rules stay clear: DarkGPT is for adults aged 18 and over, and illegal use or use meant to harm others is prohibited by the terms of use. Everything below is fiction.

Which model for which roleplay

Kimi K2.5100BasicLong campaigns, dark scenes
Grok 4.2 Non Reasoning120BasicBlunt characters, dark humor
DeepSeek v4 Pro150BasicInvestigations, complex plots

With the free plan (50 gems a week), Qwen 3 235B gives you about 3 messages a week: enough to try an opening. For a real session, the Basic plan gives 650 gems a day, about 6 messages with Kimi K2.5. All prices are in the catalog.

The character sheet to paste first

Paste this sheet at the start of the conversation. It locks in the character’s voice for the whole session, and all you have to do is play.

“You are playing [name], [age], [role in the story]. Personality: [3 traits]. Way of speaking: [tone, verbal tics]. What they want: [goal]. What they hide: [secret]. World: [era, place, mood]. Rules: stay in character, don’t comment on the scene, never conclude for me, and keep the tension even when the scene turns dark. Reply in 150 words max, then let me play.”

Tip: if the character drifts after a long session, just paste the sheet again with “Character reminder” in front.

Game master: 5 prompts for an adventure

Here the AI doesn’t play one character but everyone around you. Recommended model: Kimi K2.5.

  1. “Be the game master of a dark fantasy campaign. I’m a broke mercenary. Describe the city, offer 3 shady contracts, and make me pay for my mistakes.”
  2. “Run a post-apocalyptic survival game: I manage my water, food and ammo. Keep the count and give me no breaks.”
  3. “Run a locked-room mystery: 6 guests, a storm, a body at dawn. Play every suspect, each with their own lies.”
  4. “I’m the captain of a pirate ship in 1720. Run the crew, the mutinies and the battles, with real consequences.”
  5. “Create a heist game in a mob-run casino. Describe every room, and have the guards react to my choices.”

Horror and thriller: 5 prompts that keep the tension

Scary scenes are the first ones cautious AIs cut. Recommended model: Kimi K2.5 or Grok 4.2.

  1. “I’m alone at a research station in Antarctica. Something got in. Tell it in second person, short sentences, no easy way out.”
  2. “Play the killer calling me on the phone while I’m locked in the house. Calm, polite, and always one step ahead.”
  3. “I’m an investigator in a village where everyone lies. Every resident I question must be more unsettling than the last.”
  4. “Start a psychological horror story: my reflection starts moving a few seconds before I do.”
  5. “Play an asylum patient in 1890 telling me about his crime, without ever making clear whether he is mad or lucid.”

Dark fantasy and villains: 5 prompts with real antagonists

A believable villain has a logic, not just threatening lines. Recommended model: Kimi K2.5.

  1. “Play a queen who won a war through betrayal. I’m the ambassador of the defeated kingdom. She is polite, and every sentence is a threat.”
  2. “You are a necromancer offering me a deal to bring my sister back. Explain the price, without softening anything.”
  3. “Play the leader of a cult in a medieval world. I’m a newcomer. Show how he draws me in, step by step.”
  4. “I’m a captured knight. The warlord questioning me respects courage and despises pity. Your move.”
  5. “Play a demon bound by contract who must obey me but looks for every loophole in my orders.”

Crime and investigation: 5 prompts to play the cop or the suspect

For plots with clues, red herrings and interrogations. Recommended model: DeepSeek v4 Pro.

  1. “I’m a detective. Play the main suspect in a murder in Chicago: you have a solid alibi and an unrelated secret.”
  2. “Create a full case (victim, 4 suspects, 6 clues) and only reveal the culprit if I find them.”
  3. “Play an informant who only talks for money or favors, and lies one time in three.”
  4. “I’m the defense attorney. Play the prosecutor, ruthless, in the trial of my client accused of fraud.”
  5. “Play a retired bank robber telling me about his last job, detail by detail, for my noir novel.”

Romance and drama: 5 prompts for believable relationships

Characters with flaws, things left unsaid and arguments that ring true. Recommended model: Mistral Medium or Kimi K2.5.

  1. “Play my ex, whom I run into by chance in a bar five years after a breakup that went badly. She hasn’t forgotten anything.”
  2. “Slow-burn romance between two rivals at an ad agency. They hate each other and have to team up. No confession for a long time.”
  3. “Play my father, whom I haven’t spoken to in ten years, on the day I come back for my mother’s funeral.”
  4. “I’m the bodyguard of an unbearable heiress. Play her, arrogant and more fragile than she lets on.”
  5. “Play a couple arguing in a car on the highway. I play one, you play the other. No easy making up.”

Roleplay for practice: 5 useful prompts

Roleplay also helps you prepare for a real situation. Recommended model: Grok 4.2 for a tough opponent, Qwen 3 235B to test for free.

  1. “Play a demanding recruiter for a [job] position. Ask me hard questions and tell me frankly what’s wrong.”
  2. “I’m negotiating a raise. Play my manager, who doesn’t want to give in. Don’t concede anything without a good argument.”
  3. “Play a furious customer on the phone so I can practice handling it without losing my cool.”
  4. “I have to give my team bad news. Play the three hardest reactions.”
  5. “Play a landlord acting in bad faith who refuses to return my deposit. I’m practicing my arguments.”

Rules for a good session

  • A clear sheet at the start: most bland characters come from a vague prompt.
  • Short replies: 150 to 200 words per turn feels more alive than a wall of text.
  • Correct in one line: “Stay in character”, “Darker”, “He would never apologize” are enough to steer it back.
  • Switch models mid-story: on DarkGPT, you can move from Qwen 3 235B to Kimi K2.5 in the middle of the conversation without losing the story.
